Mrs. Roig is a good customer of the spa, but has a lot of character. One morning, she threatens to leave the hotel, and the director sends a young worker with a rose to her room. Mrs. Roig softens, and agrees to stay on the condition that the young man brings her a rose every morning.
During two weeks, the boy spends virtually all his time looking after this difficult client, establishing a relationship that will affect his future.
