Eleven years have gone by since The Legend of Time.
 Isra is twenty-three years old and is about to be a father for the third time.
 He's a regular drug user. He'd been making money collecting scrap metal and dealing when he could, but he got arrested. Now he hopes to get a special permit that lets him out so he can witness the birth of his third child. If everything goes well, he'll be out of jail soon and will return to San Fernando Island to take care of his family, to become reintegrated into society and to get ahead. It won't be easy. His gang friends are waiting for him with open arms.
