Tony and Peter, two Americans who have immigrated to an Eastern European country, discover a money laundering facility run by the local mafia.

They decide to steal all the money and flee the country but in a car chase the gangsters run them off the road, forcing them to take shelter in a secluded house deep into the woods.

That is where they meet Aleksei and Ekaterina who live in the house with their sons. Everything seems fine until the Russians find Elrik, one of the gangsters wounded in the forest and decide to bring him home.

 Our heroes feel adrift but finally realize that they must join forces with Elrik to escape from the peculiar eating habits of a cannibal family.
