It's surprising how well the laws of physics represent relationships. Simply translate certain scientific concepts to the sentimental realm and even, in some cases, take them literally, like gravity or 'bodies attracting each other'. This is the idea behind The Laws of Thermodynamics, a romantic comedy that follows the structure of a documentary (interviews with scientists included).
It basically tells the story of Manuel, a physicist who works as an assistant professor while preparing his thesis. He falls in love with Elena, a highly successful model. Her incredible attraction and elegance, mixed with the scientist's deterministic view of life, create an explosive reaction.
